William J. Neff, M.L.I.R., J.D. - San Francisco

Bill Neff consults in employee and labor relations with employers in both the private and public sectors. He served as the Associate Vice Chancellor for Administration at the University of California, San Francisco. In this capacity he had responsibility for Facilities Management, Human Resources, Police, Risk Management, Campus Auxiliary Services, Business Contract Services, Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity, and Office of Sexual Harassment Prevention and Resolution. Bill was also the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Labor Relations at the University of California, San Francisco; and prior to that Associate Director of Human Resources-Staff and Union Relations at the University of Michigan; and Director of Labor Relations at Michigan State University. Bill holds a Jurist Doctorate from the State University of New York, a Master's Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University and received his Bachelor of Science in Economics at Canisius College.
