Thomas E. Rothwell, B.A. - Boston

Tom Rothwell is a nationally known employee and labor relations consultant. Tom’s areas of expertise includes: collective bargaining; strategic union avoidance planning; training and development for both executives and line-level supervision; the development and implementation of flexible benefits programs and cash balance non-contributory pension plans; and implementation of “job roles” instead of job descriptions. Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin and prior to consulting was Vice President for Human Resources at the Harvard University-Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. Tom began his career in employee and labor relations with the Chrysler Corporation.
