Renuka Sharma, M.B.A. - Los Angeles

Renuka Sharma is a compensation consultant and strategic thinker with expertise in developing and launching “first of their kind” programs and managing complex projects in politically sensitive areas. Renuka earned a Masters in Business Administration from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA. Her Bachelors degree is in organizational development and communication from the University of California at Berkeley. She gained her experience in higher education as a professional staff member at the UCLA campus human resources department. Prior to starting her career in higher education, Renuka was a change management/ communications consultant for Certified Grocers in Los Angeles, and HR project consultant with Avery Dennison and NavCom Defense Electronics. Renuka has proven ability to work effectively with and orchestrate consensus among diverse interest groups.
