Lee M. Snyder, B.S. - Pennsylvania

Lee Snyder provides consulting services in human resources, compensation, benefits, and labor relations. He is experienced at developing and implementing complex program changes which enable a competitive edge while ensuring greater efficiencies and cost-savings. Before starting his consulting career, Lee was Associate Vice President of University Human Resources at Georgetown University, and prior to that the Director of Human Resources at Cornell University. He started his career as Manager of Employee Relations at Pennsylvania State University and was the Director of Personnel Services at Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis. Lee holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and conducted graduate work at Pennsylvania University. He has been an active member of the College and University Association of Human Resources Professionals (CUPA-HR) throughout his career in higher education.
