James M. Wagner, M.A. - Pennsylvania

Jim Wagner’s management consulting practice draws from his senior leadership experience at two of the nations leading universities where he held responsibility for business and administrative operations. He is the former Vice President for Administrative Services at Georgetown University and Vice President for Business Operations at Pennsylvania State University. His areas of responsibility have included construction and maintenance, facilities, internal audit, human resources, general stores, printing services, food services and student housing. Jim received a Masters degree in Higher Education Administration from Pennsylvania State University, and a Bachelors degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. During his career, Jim has been an active member of the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO), and an Advisory Board Member of TIAA-CREF.
