Howard S. Carman, M.S., P.E. - Memphis

Howard Carman is an organizational design consultant with broad administrative experience in campus facilities as well as human resources. He is the former Vice Chancellor of Facilities and Human Resources for the University of Tennessee Center for the Health Sciences at Memphis and Staff Engineer for the University of Tennessee System. Howard is a registered Professional Engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology (magna cum laude) from Memphis State University and Master of Science in Industrial Systems Analysis also from Memphis State University.
