Gail B. McKnight - Los Angeles

Gail McKnight is a customer relations consultant for clients who wish to improve the responsiveness of staff working in alumni and external affairs settings. Gail has administrative experience with three universities including Purdue University; the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics; and the University of Tennessee Center for the Health Sciences at Memphis. She was a key staff member of the Purdue Alumni Association for ten years. She is also Vice President of Stan McKnight & Associates, Inc. and manages the business aspects of the firm. Gail regularly attends national conventions and exhibitions sponsored by CUPA-HR and NACUBO to provide information.
